Elizabeth Prehn earned her Juris Doctor from San Francisco Law School and practices in the areas of estate planning, trust and probate administration, and business planning. She is licensed to practice law in California and Washington, D.C., and is admitted to the United States District Courts for California.
Elizabeth brings more than a decade of experience advising individuals, families, and closely held businesses on estate planning, probate administration, estate litigation, and tax controversy matters. She was selected by Northern California Super Lawyers Magazine as a Rising Star in recognition of her professional accomplishments and peer recognition.
In addition to her practice, Elizabeth is committed to expanding access to legal services and volunteers with the Alameda Legal Access Bankruptcy Clinic and the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic.
